Kailua Beach ha sido clasificada entre las mejores playas de los Estados Unidos. El apartamento es operado "legalmente" y está ubicado en la parte trasera de una casa frente al mar con su propia entrada privada y tiene un estacionamiento conveniente en la entrada justo afuera de la unidad de alquiler. El dormitorio tiene una cama king-size y ventiladores de techo para mayor ventilación y comodidad. La sala de estar incluye un sofá cama futón y un sillón futón con reposapiernas, puerta divisoria corrediza de acordeón y un segundo ventilador de techo. Hay ventanas de rejilla de piso a techo para un flujo de brisa fresca. La unidad también cuenta con un gran escritorio / mesa de estudio, TV con cable, y la unidad está lista para conexión inalámbrica WIFI. La cocina está totalmente equipada con microondas, fregadero grande, cafetera Kreuig, refrigerador con congelador, placa eléctrica, tostadora, sartenes, platos y utensilios. Hay un baño privado conectado y una ducha con toallas de baño y toallas de playa. Beautiful sunrises and a not so busy beach. It is also quiet and lovely to sleep to the sound of the waves crashing. There are some house rules you should ask the property manager before you book, and they are very easy going and full of Aloha. We would definitely stay again. ##### Dawn H. It was clean, easy to access, had everything we needed, and of course was a beautiful location. Our hosts were very kind and responsive as well. We loved Kailua and were so excited to stay on the water. I had been worried about not having AC, but with all the fans provided and the ventilation from the windows we slept great. Although we already had a plan of what we wanted to do Shari was very helpful and was happy to give suggestions or chat about ideas for plans.
