“Bed was decent but the pillows were terrible. The room was quiet and the blackout shades worked well. The gym downstairs had everything you could want to do a great workout. The carpet/rug needs to be vacuumed. The shower water pressure was low and the toilet needs to be fixed (chain came off the lever multiple times and needed to be refastened in order to flush). Overall I would go back for the price point but not much else.”

“We were not made aware during booking that our reservation was being fulfilled through Zelloo/private management rather than the hotel directly, which meant we were denied hotel amenities and services we reasonably believed were included. Upon arrival, our 20th-floor room had no functioning toilet. We immediately reported it, were initially told to use a plunger ourselves, and were later asked to send a video. After nearly EIGHT HOURS without resolution—requiring us to repeatedly use the lobby……
