"Pamie (hopefully no misspelled name 😬）at the front desk and Cecilia, our daily housekeeper, provided excellent and genuinely pleasant service throughout our stay. This was our third return visit to the Prince Waikiki, and each time has been consistently wonderful. We always choose an ocean-facing room in the Ala Moana Tower, which offers beautiful views of Magic Island, the surfers, the yacht harbor, and the spectacular Friday night fireworks. We truly look forward to returning again soon. Mahalo nui loa!"

"Well renovated amenities, convenient pool bar area, lobby area with fish tank is pretty but the lobby bars weren’t open / in use Pool isn’t heated but there is a hot tub Note there’s a $55 USD resort fee per day that wasn’t included in the Expedia charge Convenient location walkable to Waikiki beach "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, shops, and many nice restaurants, which made it very convenient. However, there were a few downsides. The breakfast was quite disappointing — very limited selection and exactly the same every day. There were no vegetables at all, and the only fruit available was pineapple. We would rate the breakfast 1 out of 5. Another issue was the elevators. There was almost always a long wait, especially after breakfast when many guests were trying to use them at the same time. Also, the furniture in the lobby looks quite old and could use an update. Aside from these points, everything else about the hotel was great, and we had a pleasant stay."

"Room was always cleaned when requested. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room over looked the beach. Hotel was right across from the beach. Loved that there was restaurants and coffee within 5 minutes of walking. 10/10 "
