“The lady at reception was the only bright spot. She was exceptionally kind and attentive to al our needs. The hotel is dilapidated, dinghy, and depressing. Often there was no water, the hot water was unreliable and intermittent and the nights were filled with constant packs of dogs howling and barking. The hotel is in a very bad area.
