Our confirmation Email had the correct date. Nevertheless they found us a good room and there was no problem. Your website advertises a hot tub, and the hotel's website also promotes one. Our check-in experience was quite rude. Her mannerisms were aggressive and rude. I was told to 'scroll down to the fine print. ' I did so, and I saw the hot tub listed as an amenity. Additionally, we received a double bed instead of a queen. A man who is 6'4" and his wife do not fit comfortably in a double bed. The parking lot is decent, I guess.
