The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a stovetop, microwave, sink, and other practical amenities—making the stay very convenient. The staff were polite and always ready to assist. I encountered some issues with my room key and had a request for a late check-out, and Mr. Adzim handled everything with great care and professionalism, offering clear explanations and prompt assistance throughout. When I checked out, the staff were incredibly helpful in loading my luggage into the Grab car. The hotel is also ideally located, with a supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants, and a food court all nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang! "

"Though there are problems in the room like "noisy" air conditioning and water dripping, the service desk responded quickly for solution. Good service in front desk and restaurants, but there is room for improvement for those staff in the souvenir shop. Overall experience is good and its a good place for vacation."
