“This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty.
The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on.
