Charming one bedroom casita (small house), located in the Paria Canyon, close to the Wave, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Zion and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Sleeps 3, Full kitchen, Southwestern style living room with amazing views. Adjacent to Highway 89 at mile marker 22 in the Paria Valley. Almost half way between Page AZ and Kanab Utah. On 9 acres with a beautiful view of the Milky Way at night. Photographer's and hiker's dream. One Bedroom with Queen sized bed and a full sized futon in living room that sleeps an additional adult, plus a twin sized roll-away. The best tasting water you have ever had from a 700 foot well. Views of the owner's Paria River Vineyard.

Paria River/Vermillion Cliffs Casita
We selected this casita due to it's close proximity to the Vermillion Cliffs Monument, which it was. The other benefits were the privacy/isolation from city lights and the desert landscape we came to visit. There was plenty of room for the two of us and everything you'd need for a simple, easy, home away from home. Joe, the owner, was a wealth of knowledge about the area, and even picked some fresh asparagus from his nearby vineyard for us.

The Browns Wave Group
Loved the location for the Wave hike and other attractions in the area. Being located off the main highway a little ways gave it a sense of remoteness and privacy. Our manager was awesome and very attentive. It's the first time we have got a tour of the accommodation. Joe also told about the surrounding area. We loved the stay and will be back again!

Serene privacy in a charming casita
The host, Joe, was communicative and helpful before our arrival, ensuring to make our checkin as easy as possible, which it was. This comfortable home was a delightful stay, with magnificent mesa views in a quiet, private locale. Everything works fine. Very much liked that the Southwest decor casita cannot be seen from the road. It was a 2 minute drive to Houserock Valley Rd on our way to the Wirepass Trailhead. We will definitely stay here again.

Best option for The Wave and surrounding area
If you are going to spend significant time on House Rock Valley road (The Wave, Buckskin Gulch, White Pocket, The Maze, Edmaiers Secret, etc.) this is the perfect place to stay as it saves a lot of driving time from either Page or Kanab. The casita has everything you need for a great stay. The ower’s customer service was amazing. Bring food because there is nothing close by.

Aside from an ideal location which cuts off travel time to many sites, the home itself is charming and fabulously positioned on the property. Joe was a terrific host , not only making us feel welcomed but also watched over and cared about. Pretty perfect

Joe is a very good host. Property is as described. Had a very enjoyable stay. Take Joe's advice and spend one night (or more) on the southwest patio star gazing. Very dark sky. We will return to this property.

A wonderful place to unwind! One of our Best VRBO experiences ever!
This place is absolutely Awesome! Great short & long hiking trails within a mile. 30 minutes away is Lake Powell where we went kayaking and hiking, Zion is not too far away as well. The house is complete and is as advertised, Very, very well kept, clean and comfortable. It even has an outdoor fire pit which we really enjoyed. Joe is by far one the Best Host we have ever had. If in the area we will certainly stay here again. Thank You Joe!

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful property. It's private, with amazing panoramic views, very clean and well kept. Just a 30 minutes away from the wire pass trailhead 2 hour white pocket 1:30 minutes Alstrom point and 2 hour to N. Grand canyon. I loved staying there three night and will definitely be back! Joe kept in contact with me and met me at the drive to give me the keys and show me around.

Fantastic Private Get Away
I can't say enough good things about this wonderful property. It's private, with amazing panoramic views, very clean and well kept. Everything about this property is top notch! Beginning with Joe, the host. His communication is outstanding: he reached out ahead of time to make sure we had we we needed and even met us along the way to guide us to the casita. The casita was spotless- and the ranch property is superb! Joe gave us ideas for hiking and even though we only had time for one, it was fantastic. The views at the casita in the day and the sky at night should not be missed. We hope to be back again next year, or sooner!

Great Place

This was a great place to stay with amazing views and night-sky viewing. Perfect for being as close as possible to the Wave trailhead without camping (which was our travel purpose). Close to many other hikes and natural wonders in the area. It is a very remote spot about 1/2 hr from Page which is the nearest town. Joe (the property manager) was very helpful in making sure we had clear directions and had good suggestions of things to do. Property was very clean and well-supplied considering the remoteness of the locality.
