I relly enjoyed the clean rooms and the friendly staff, who let me know about all the adventures the area offers. It is also close to shopping and I couldn't believe how quiet the location was. This hotel also has prices that are affordable for all.

This place is a little sketchy. The pictures definitely look better than the condition of the property actually is but it was clean! If you just need a place to close your eyes for a few hours the sheets are clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable but this won’t be a repeat stay for us.

The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. I enjoy the beauty of Kanab and this hotel makes you feel at home. There is parking in front of your room, and no stairs. They have a laundry room and you can BBQ too! Great people workingbhere, i wont go anywhere else. The price make traveling worth it!

These people are the nicest and most helpful in all of Kanab. I arrived late, no problem and this time I needed more time before checking out, no problem he says. I also brought my dog with me this time and Yes, they are a pet friendly hitel. Parking is easy, shopping for a ewthings was easy to walk to. The rooms were clean and sparkling and the cleaning lady Shannon had no problem giving me extra towels. I simple love this place. The beds are so comfortable too, Thank you so mch for everything!

This stay was horrible. I paid for 2 nights (and the additional $20/night pet fee). We left at 4 am the first night because it was so bad. We didn't get to the room until around 10 pm. We both badly needed showers from the day's activities and a good night's sleep. The water was lukewarm at best. The faucet was unattached and barely hanging on. When I pushed down the plunger to stop the shower, it fell into about 6 pieces. My husband tried to put it back together so that he could shower, but didn't have the tools. They put us in another room which was worse than the first. The carpets were so dirty and it smelled like dirty socks. Two sets of unmatched curtains partially covered the window, but not enough for privacy. But the worst feature of all was the bed. You literally couldn't move so much as an inch without it creaking loudly, and the entire bed shook every time. It was literally making me feel like motion sickness. We never got a minute's sleep, so we packed up and left. I have NEVER left a review like this. All I ask for is cleanliness, safety and a good mattress. This place needs some care and it's not getting any.

The staff is very friendly and their cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. There are so many outdoor activities like the Coral Pink Sand Dunes! It was affordable, the rooms are clean and rustic looking, beds are comfortable and you get to park your car right in front of your door. My dogs were happy too ☺️

I always stay here when I travel through Kanab twice a year. It’s dog friendly and the owner is extremely nice. I feel safe here too. It is nothing fancy, but my room was big and the bathroom was extremely big. My only complaint were the curtains were torn, and it was hard to keep prying eyes out. Bed was comfortable and I love having a refrigerator, freezer and microwave.

The room we reserved was their only three bed bedroom and it was not too bad. If I had complaints…it was just a few things. 1 - the third bed was in another room off the room with the two beds. It had a connecting door to another room. That door was not soundproofed in anyway shape or form! We heard almost everything the neighbors said. Cough, laugh, talk, and yell at their cat! Yes! A cat! Yelling to tell it to come here! Umm ya cats are not like dogs! Stop yelling at them to come to you! 🙄 We stayed two nights and the first night the neighbors kept me awake until almost 2am. The second night… the new neighbors were not so bad but they did not stop talking until 1am. The second night ones were not so bad. 2 - the parking lot is needing some serious TLC. 3 - needed more TP lol. We should have made sure they put some more in for us but we made it ok.😂 I do have to give the cleaning lady a huge thumbs up! She was awesome! She made sure we had fresh towels and plenty of them for the 4 of us. She was super helpful and friendly. Most of the issues I had were with the connecting door. Other than that it was not a bad stay. It had a not to bad eating place just a few steps away.. the Havana Cabana was not too bad. Would I stay again? Probably. The prices were great and within budget. Maybe next time I would leave the kids home and just take one room with two beds. But it was nice to have three so my kids each had a bed and we had one in the same room but with a bit of privacy.
