Welcome to "Aloha Niulani"! Our 4-bedroom 2 bath Oceanfront Beach home comfortably sleeps up to 8. Conveniently located in the Old Kauai town of Kapa'a. Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with your own beach right outside the door, but also within 5-8 mins walking distance to shopping and dining.

Complete home Central Air system added recently! A huge bonus here in Kauai, where the majority of homes do not have these systems in place.

We are also right on the Kapaa bike/jogging/walk path (6 miles long).

Great spot for winter Whale Watching! You can also snorkel on the beach right outside the house.

2 blocks from Baby (fuji) Beach.

Wonderful location right on the water! We spent time on the beach out back every morning watching the sunrise. Even though it's too rocky to be swimmable, we really enjoyed having the water right in our backyard. We even had a small seal hang out on the beach with us one afternoon! The house is the perfect size for a small family. I really liked that one bathroom had a tub and one had a walk-in shower so it accommodates people who may need one or the other. I also liked that the shower heads detach which makes it so much easier to wash children's hair or simply rinse off your feet. The kitchen was fully stocked and I really appreciated that they had things like bag clips and ziploc bags for us to use. Just those small touches made such a big difference. We were also pleased to find a lighter in the drawer when we needed it for my daughter's birthday candles. The master bedroom bed was really comfortable too (more of a firm mattress, which is what we prefer). If we are lucky enough to be able to visit Kauai again then we would definitely rebook this house! Mahalo!

Our stay at this property was unforgettable. The house is just a small lawn and a hedge away from the ocean, affording us with multiple beautiful sunrises and the sound of crashing waves at night.Due to the time of year, the surf was a bit rough for swimming, and the sand came and went with the storms, but the tide pools and early morning crabs were great.The host was very responsive to our questions, and the property manager quickly resolved a minor issue that came up (Mahalo!). We only used one of the four bedrooms, but the bed we slept in was quite comfortable. The kitchen is nicely remodeled, well equipped, and had the best coffee we have encountered at a rental property. The A/C throughout the house was fantastic at controlling both the temperature and the humidity.The location is quite convenient, with restaurants and shops within walking distance (and even more within a short drive), and roughly centered between both the north and south shores. We saw people in many of the surrounding houses, but the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

Booked property for a family gathering of 5 adults and 2 children -and it was perfect. The clean property had all the extras you could think of- plus! The kitchen was supplied with everything down to bags of ice for the ice chest, including separate refrigerator for beverages. All that was needed was the chow to throw on the bbq outside! The ocean waves and sand were right out the back door, and the property is ideally situated for local shopping and restaurants, and midway on the island for easy day trips in either direction.The living space was comfortable for relaxing and was well supplied with games, large tv and plenty of charging options for electronics.And most importantly, the communication with the host was top notch.We hope to return in the near future!

We had a great stay. The hosts were very welcoming, everything was in perfect order. Very clean beautiful house, large dining table, great kitchen. Wonderful view, right on the ocean. Rob was a great host! We had some issues with the battery on the door lock, and he had someone come out to change the batteries right away. The house was very comfortable with lots of amenities and the location could not have been better! It’s right on the beach in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was amazing to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean! Mahalo, Rob! We’ll be back!!

Rob was very responsive and communicative! We really appreciate his hospitality. The home was very enjoyable to stay in and enjoy family time.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful oceanfront home in Kapaa over Christmas. Our group included my husband and me, our three teenage kids, and both of our moms, and the house was the perfect fit for all of us. With four bedrooms and plenty of space, everyone was comfortable and able to truly relax.The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the ocean, with a quiet beach right outside the back doors. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the ocean throughout the day was unforgettable. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week, making it feel like a true home away from home.The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish—clear, timely, and very helpful—which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We especially appreciated the central A/C (a huge bonus in Kauai), the privacy of the secluded neighborhood, and how close we were to town. Being within walking distance to shops, dining, and the Kapaa bike/walking path was so convenient. The location was also ideal for exploring the island—perfectly situated between the north and south shores, making day trips easy in every direction.This home truly exceeded our expectations, and it was the perfect setting for making lasting family memories. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning, well-located oceanfront property in Kauai.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home in Kauai. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling relaxing and comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the easy access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Home was beautifully located right on the beach where we sat each morning and night in the comfy chairs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for breakfast and lunch prep. The house was perfect for our group and I wouldn't change a thing. 7 days was not long enough.
