"Insgesamt war es toll, die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 5 Minuten zum Strand und auch vieles anderes ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es hätte allerdings sauberer sein können, wir hatten schon beim ersten reinkommen den Eindruck der Fußboden sei sandig und ein Staubsauger oder Handfeger fehlte leider. Zu beachten ist, dass die Wohnung im OG des Hauses ist und die Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung sehr steil ist. 1 von 2 gemeldeten Mängeln ist während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht behoben worden, aber...

"Karlshagen ist immer wieder schön! Die Wohnung ist so wie im Inserat vorzufinden. Das GROẞE Manko an der Wohnung war Sauberkeit!!!! Am Anreisetag fanden wir benutztes, ungewaschenes Geschirr im Schrank und auf der Arbeitsplatte lagen noch die Brötchenkrümel von unseren Vorgängern 😔 der Fußboden 😣 Schlüsselübergabe ging schnell, ohne Probleme isehr freundlich!"

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit geschmackvollen Möbeln eingerichtet. Auf den ersten Blick ist alles sauber aber schon nach kurzem Aufenthalt stellten wir fest, dass die Fußböden noch voll mit Sand waren. "bei Ankunft war dem Verwalter nicht bekannt das wir die Wohnung gemietet haben. Er musste erst mit dem Vermieter telefonieren, dieser bestätigte unsere Buchung. Ich habe vorab noch Bettwäsche und Handtücher per Mail gebucht. War dem Verwalter auch nicht bekannt . Die Wäsche musste er sich zusammen borgen. Es gab leider nur drei Handtücher für uns drei Personen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Küche ist viel zu klein, aber das war mir bekannt."

"Die Fußbodenheizung war koplett abgestellt, die hat überhaupt nichts gewärmt. Sträucher und Sitzecken in der Außenanlage waren sehr ungepflegt und gernzwertig. "Check-in und Check-out waren unproblematisch. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns zu viert genau richtig!Bettwäsche hatten wir uns dazu gebucht. Handtücher mussten wir uns selber mitbringen. Einen Duschvorleger gab es nicht, wir haben ein Handtuch benutzt. Es war alles da, was man so braucht. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung!Der Weg zum Strand führte einen guten Kilometer durch einen Wald, was wir aber nicht weiter schlimm fanden! Der Strand war toll! "
