“昨年宿泊した部屋より広くてあちこちぶつからなくてよかった。スタッフのいる時間にホテルにいなかったのでサービスはわからない。水道が出なかったので問い合わせたらすぐに対応してくれた。しかし、水がぽたぽた垂れてしまう。駅から近くスーパーもそばにあるので便利。まだがない割には外の騒音が響いてうるさかった”

"Check in的時候被升等到靠近河岸邊的房間，黃金寬敞舒適，帶著四歲的孩子空間很夠，服務人員親切有禮。 對面就是一個商場，走路2分鐘就到河岸，幾乎一出飯店就到地鐵站，都有屋簷不用淋雨。 唯一的意外是，第二天的晚上較晚洗澡，沒有熱水，僅有微溫的常溫水，隔天回報給櫃檯，除了親切的道歉與說明原因之外，下午就收到飯店人員親自送上道歉函與水果，真的是一家非常注重客戶感受的飯店。非常有水準，值得極力推薦的一家飯店！"
