“The ocean was visible from the property but host said he'd sent a pin to our account which we didn't receive. Property surrounds eg garden were not well maintained.”

“Self check in was good. Beds had tissues, rubbish, tablet blister packs behind several. Kitchen had coffee granules, beans, bugs on benches. Some dishes dirty. Cutlery Drawer was filthy. Sugar bowl filthy. Dead flowers in a vase. Rubbish , including a salt shaker behind couches. No bath mats ,face washers in each bathroom. We popped all crockery and cutlery through dishwasher before we could use tgem. Oven was filthy, with food particles and scraps in it. Curtains off runners, carpets stained,……

“Highly recommend Channel Cabin if you are planning a day trip to Bruny Island. It is just a short drive away from the ferry in Kettering. The boat cruise from Adventure Bay was the highlight of our trip!The cabin was very clean and cosy. The heat pump was sufficient to heat the whole cabin. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated having the air fryer and coffee pod machine. “Clean and cosy. The pictures do not do it justice, the pictures on the listing show it as a disjointed space but infact it is this beautiful little spot that was the embodiment of relaxation. The cabin was fantastic for our overnight stay. If you are on the fence just book it, you will thank yourself later.”
