It’s time to live the Florida Keys dream! Claim a corner of paradise all for yourself in this 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath townhouse with lovely island décor.



Two entrances afford access into the private 1-bedroom guest suite or the foyer leading up to the 2nd level main living areas.



The private 1-bedroom 1st-floor suite comprises of a generous living space with a Caribbean-inspired living room that features a large TV, full bath, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a K-cup coffee maker. The private bedroom with a king bed includes a TV and leads out to a back patio that is nestled amongst the trees.

The second floor is the tropical main living area with an open concept design for easy flow from the family room to dining and kitchen. This area has plenty of seating with a couch and 4 armchairs should you want to view something on the large TV.



The kitchen has plenty of room for more than one cook! Stunning dark cabinetry is topped with dark granite and stainless appliances finish the elegant look. The dining table seats 6 and two patio chairs are easy to pull in for additional seating. The screened-in balcony on the second floor also offers the best of outdoor living.

On the third level is the guest bedroom with a queen bed, full ensuite bath and a TV. Also, on this level is the grand master bedroom with a king bed, TV, a bath with his-n-hers sinks, and an elevated spa tub with toilet and bidet. The master bedroom has a loveseat-sized pull-out sofa for extra sleeping arrangements.

Should you ever be tempted away from your private oasis, you'll find there are plenty of ways to fill your days! Relax with friends and loved ones with something deliciously fruity in your hand and the ocean breeze in your hair lounging by one of Mariners Club swimming pools or just relaxing in one of several sunning areas admiring the stunning azure waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Fabulous Spacious Property!
We absolutely loved our stay in Mariner's Cover number 701. Everything was pristine and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed. There were more paper products than expected, even if not needed, but nice to know they were there! The master bedroom was enormous and could easily house extra people or serve as a getaway (when someone has to work) The extra lower living area allowed our adult children a place to escape to when they needed some time. The overall amenities of the Club were fabulous as well. Wonderful comfortable pools, hot tubs and sitting areas to see the ocean. A great gym area as well as some games that were perfect for any age. The only concerns (not complaints, but everyone can use improvement somewhere!): A rubber spatula/food scraper would be nice, the kitchen sink did not change from spray to a regular running water and the dishwasher was awkward to open. SERIOUSLY..these should not be game changers! I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend others to stay.

What a fabulous place
This was a fantastic home base for my family of 5. We had hoped grandparents could come, but had to cancel at the last minute. We enjoyed many amenities. We loved the pools, the game room at night, the Pickleball court, and the proximity to running trails. The kids fished off the pier, and enjoyed local snorkeling and ocean fishing experiences (we caught 6 tuna!) We cooked most meals at home (one on a community blackstone), and the appliances worked great. My husband brought a knife from home to make sure it was in good working condition) It was the perfect home base for us. Thank you for sharing this place!!!

I would say that unit 701 was overall very nice, but some of the appliances do need to be updated. The TV in the master bedroom turned on and off very frequently and was very small for that size room. Chairs in the living room a couple of them were shaky at best.

Get away with friends
The house was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Great location close to activities, grocery store and restaurants. We had three couples in our group and this house was able to provide each couple their own room and bathroom. The Mariners Club offered two beautiful pools to relax in along with a nice game room. Gated community provided extra sense of security.

Ashley and Sheila from Barefeet are the absolute very best when it comes to customer service. I erroneously booked the wrong unit and they went above and beyond to assist in correcting the error and also helped so much in getting our paperwork completed ans making sure we could check in electronically. They are so lovely to work with and the security lady is also the best. The unit was awesome and even though had a plumbing issue it was resolved quickly. Property is great and we look forward to coming back soon

We had a wonderful time at this property! It is beautiful and spacious. The amenities were very nice as well. It had a good selection of cookware as well. I would suggest moving the crab pots from by the door, they smelled horrible the whole time we where there. Overall very good experience!

Nice weekend getaway
We just got back from a weekend getaway, and we enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean, very spacious for a big family, and decorated so pretty and inviting. My only advice would be to cut back on the air freshener that hits you when you first open the door. I’m not sensitive to smells but it was overpowering every time we walked in. It was enough to make me look for something that I could unplug if it was that type of air freshener but didn’t find anything. The other thing that was off putting from the get go was that I saved the property on the app when I was initially looking for a place in the area. Once I confirmed the dates and location with the rest of my group I went back to the app to book it (one day later) and the price had jumped another $100 per night. I didn’t realize it until after I booked it and when I contacted the rental servicing company on the same day, they would not honor the original price even though I had a screen shot of initial price 24 hours prior to booking. Im not sure if the app makes the price jump if you don’t book it right away or who is responsible for that but it was frustrating and felt shady. The rental company didnt offer any resolution other then “if I don’t like it, cancel the booking.” Nice stay but double check price if you exit out of the app before booking.

Loved our stay here. We had tons of room and the beds were so extremely comfortable. The two pools and hot tubs were really nice also! Short walk from the property. A few minor improvements the manager needs to make: the silverware drawer fell off and onto my leg the first day. It left a huge bruise. It looked like it’s been glued multiple times. Also, the bathroom sinks, in the upstairs master, clogged while shaving, brushing teeth, and were super slow to drain. Everything else was excellent though. We did however wish there had been access to the beach. We could see it from pier and such but no swimming or getting near the ocean.

701 Pros and Cons
701 is a beautiful, clean, spacious and convenient place to stay. It is solidly built and so we barely heard our neighbors when they moved in. The furniture is comfy, beds are big, and everyone had plenty of elbow room. Good dining and shopping are nearby and the pool was awesome. The only cons I had were small and easily fixable: first floor fridge was extremely loud, half of toaster didn’t work, both fans in the master bedroom on the third floor were exceedingly loud, clogged drain in master bath (noticed upon arrival), couldn’t close master bedroom door due to air return being just opposite the entry, and the jacuzzi spewed out some nastiness when I turned it on. One of the front doors wouldn’t lock, had to call after hours to fix, but they responded promptly. Lastly, I don’t understand why we even had to check in at the office since there was a keyless entry. Other than that, staff from both Barefeet and Mariners Club were incredibly friendly.
