Rowantree is a lovely detached cottage situated amongst the scenery of the Gap of Dunloe, 1.5 miles from Beaufort, County Kerry. The cottage can sleep six people and is set all at ground floor level with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a separate basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and multi-fuel stove, a utility and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, a front, lawned garden and a lawn and patio to the rear with furniture. Rowantree is a wonderful base for your self-catering holiday in Ireland. Amenities: Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Free-to-air channels, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. The village has shops and pubs, but the main attraction is the breathtaking mountain views, and nearby, the stunning Gap of Dunloe and the rugged, scenic Macgillycuddy Reeks are well worth a visit. Also nearby is the spectacular Killarney National Park which is a haven for walkers, wildlife enthusiasts and cyclists.
