At first sight the place is beautiful. Perfectly decorated, the rooms spacious, clean environment. They also provided $15 off cards for each day we stayed, very thoughtful and useful. It was the quickest room service I've ever had, even though it was just chocolate lava cake. Staff was informative, hotel located right off the river walk. Now where it starts to turn. Showers were not powerful, water did not stay hot for long, now Mind you it might of been allot of people bathing at that time (I'm uncertain). Our floor didn't have ice in the ice machine, called front desk they informed us there are Ice machines on every floor. Not a great way for customer service. No microwave, t.v. connection to the Wi-Fi or to our devices were hit and miss, more miss than anything. When we ordered room service we were informed the cake was $12, got the bill for $22 and some change. I should have gotten a copy of the receipt. But trust me what was said and what was charged were two different prices. Even with gratuity there no way $10 should be an upcharge. Besides the fact. For the price it wasn't bad, but the experience wasn't the best either. Once the decor wears off, there are thin layer of issues. As much as I wanted to love the place. It feel short. Let's not get started on the food I'm San Antonio. I feel we def need more information about that in the area. We didn't try the food at the hotel, we decided to try food on the river walk instead.
