This place was perfect for us! I have a large family and we needed a place that could hold us all and still offer space for the kids to play. The proximity to the beach made for multiple walks in the morning and at night. The game room was awesome too!

Beach Landing is a great place to stay
We had a family gathering with people ranging from a 3 month old baby to an 85 year old matriarch. There was plenty of space for everyone to sit and visit, sleep and play. A short walk to the lake or a short drive to a larger swim area. Very quiet. The property is well kept and clean. We had fun and would definitely rent it again. Thanks!

Enough space for everyone kids enjoyed outdoor space. Walking trail was rough because of ATVS.
Nice arrangement for large group. Neighbors on left side were up riding ATVS at night and noisy after 11pm.. was nice after they left and peaceful.

One of the best getaways we have had in recent times!! Comfortable stay. The owner/manager were very helpful and met all the requests. They even came all the way out to drop ping pong balls. The kitchen was well stocked and ideal for a large group. Clean linens. Secluded from the busy street. Kids had a blast running around the big backyard. Well worth it!

Great Family Gathering
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised, easy to access, and prompt communication with the owners/managers. The layout suited us perfectly. Although the group had a few negative comments, it was overall a great house with lots of room and everyone was happy. I have been to some other VRBO houses that were a bit better stocked on some things. There wasn't any dish soap which was inconvenient. There were some complaints about the beds not being comfortable. Being a lake house we totally understand not having any rugs, but the house echos quite a bit and with lots of people in the house that can get to be a little much for anyone with sensitive hearing. Overall it was very well worth the money.

We have a large family and this rental was perfect. It was a nice space for our family activities and the game room was in great working order. I'm not going to complain about the beds because I understand that some people like bed soft and some like hard and we had a bit of both but unfortunately the ones who like hard ended up in soft and the ones who like hard had soft LOL we had a great time thank you we really enjoyed our stay so

Till Next Time.
This was a great weekend vacation away from home. Much needed. The price is worth it. Enjoyed it by the bonfire, volleyball net, grill for the cookout, or movie night inside with cable provided. Lighting, bedding, air conditions, game room, kitchen all in perfect condition. Family enjoyed it as well. Will be back.

End of summer getaway
My husband and I, our children and grandchildren all enjoyed the house and yard. Plenty of room to spread out. Game room was a nice plus. Short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with trees to sit under if you don’t want the sun. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Family celebration
We had a great time. We had 11 people in our group, 4 different family groups of adults and children. Set up of bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal for our group and the large dining table could easily accommodate all of us. Kitchen was large enough to have several people cooking at the same time and outdoor grill was also large enough for our needs. Kids also enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pit. Beach area was great, with trees for shade and sand for the kids to play in and not too crowded. Our grandkids range in age from 4 to 10 and could go quite a way out into the water before it got too deep. Communication with the host was outstanding, with prompt replies to any questions before, during and after our stay. We would have liked a grocery store and possibly some casual restaurants nearby, but overall this was a very positive experience and we would definitely consider renting from this group in the future.

The house was large enough for our whole Family to have a bedroom for each family. The table in Kitchen was big enough for us to play games, eat, and talk. The exterior was good we couldn't use due to weather. I would recomend this home

Nice place but uncomfortable beds
Pros: Super clean place, great house layout, spacious place, and game room is such a great addition, everyone was having a great time. Cons: Very disappointed with beds and pillows quality. Mattresses and pillows on all bedrooms were thin and squeaky. Most of us were having hard time to have a good night sleep for the entire 3-night stay. The worst mattresses was so thin that you can see the middle part sinking (concaving). Location is secluded, which we're aware when we booked the house. The kitchen didn't have cutting board even though per the host there should be one. In addition, only 1 propane tank was provided, and we only used it for about 15 minutes before it's completely out. The host did offer to reimburse us if we buy a cutting board & propane tank. However, we stayed on Christmas Day, barely any stores around, and even if we drove further, most stores were probably closed anyway so we did not go to buy them. Overall, our family did have a good time at the house. It would have been perfect if the mattresses were better and inventory was checked before the Christmas weekend stay.

Lake Property
The lake was just a short walk away. The kids asked multiple times a day to walk to the lake and explore. Big back yard where we played kickball and football. Nice firepit for evening fires and s'mores. One evening, we saw several deer just a short distance away. Game room was also a hit with the kids.
