Located in Southern Shores / 4 Bedrooms/ 3 Full Bathrooms/ 1 Half Bathroom Shore-Ten-Sweet is a beautiful, well equipped 4-bedroom home located on a dead-end street just steps from the Atlantic Ocean in Southern Shores. This newly remodeled home sports a large and modern private concrete pool (14 x 28), pool deck area, grilling area and covered tiki bar (with sink and mini fridge) for your outdoor enjoyment. There is also a half bathroom by the pool area for even more convenience. Inside you will find tons of living space. Two King Master Bedroom Suites and 2 Bedrooms each with 2 XL Singles make for flexible sleeping arrangements. Perfect for a vacation with family and/or friends. With the exception of the welcoming family room downstairs, all living is on the same level, which adds to the ease and comfort of your pleasure time. Access to the Southern Shores Civic Association tennis courts on Hillcrest Drive is included. This house is a perfect ten and your time here by the shore will most certainly be sweet! Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, covered poolside bar with sink, mini fridge, and ceiling fans, picnic table, grilling area with gas grill, horseshoe pit, half bathroom, 2 outside showers and a foot wash. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
