“This is a wonderful home. It is spacious, has comfortable beds (all queen beds or larger) in all of its 5 bedrooms. It has some ants, but that's the only thing that isn't top-notch. It is an excellent place in a great location not far from the freeway in a very quiet neighborhood. I hope to stay there again in the future.”

“Needed to stay longer only negative is green river water”

“Great hosts and great communication whenever I needed something (e.g. front door system was malfunctioning and only worked with a key and the owner did drive some distance to help me get into the property when I forgot the key inside). I have to comment on of a few things: my room needed some vacuuming as there were spider webs in the corners of the room on my arrival. The kitchen had some small roaches and the owners are aware but they said it was a neighborhood issue because of the nearby...

“Our second time staying and another great time had. This property is great and one of the few with a pool and easy access to fast water. Sometimes we think the Delta is a little random, but I have to tell you that the view from the deck at sunrise is something out of National Geographic. The property is well stocked and the kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of parking in the large driveway. You will not be disappointed.”

“This house has lots of sleeping space, a nice living room with a big tv, and a large dining table for cars and other games. There is also a hot tub and firepit that I wish we could have used, but it was too cold outside for our old bodies.”

“The house was very modern and well equipped, felt like home from the moment we arrived very clean and in near perfect condition with a picturesque view of the Delta and Discovery Bay Marina. Enough room to park a 36’ Big Cat boat on there dock.”
