“Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!”

“The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. “Staff are very nice. The rooms were quite clean. Our room was on the lowest floor so the way up to reception was a bit of a hike but managable. They do charge for water after the first complementary water bottles. The view is beautiful. Great for touring Cappadocia if you're renting a car. Parking is super close too. Lighting in the rooms and washrooms is pretty dim. ”
