“I agree with a review that called this place a step below a B&B and a step above a hostel. If you have to have AC this is not a place for you! Either I overlooked this or based on reviews, I determined I could live without AC in the month of September. Overall, I (age 60, solo traveler) was satisfied with my stay in Sept 2026. “Very good location, walkable for everything in Paia.”

“I liked the thoughtfulness and generosity of the staff and their friendly interactions. I also appreciated the late check out because I overslept.”

“The rooms are stunning! The pool was beautiful and the kiddos loved it! My only complaint was the second we checked in they pushed a time share hard and the pool drinks were $18 for Crappy piña colada and $16 for a virgin piña colada!”

“Staff very nice, room was clean but smelled like mildew. I know they are close to the beach but if Air conditioner maintained properly and room updated it wouldn't smell. It just am older property. We were upgraded to a full view but the window were permanently closed and dirty so you couldn't see out window or air out room. Just a very old property needing a lot of upgrades . Staff very nice and helpful. They didn't have a pool but you could use the pool next door at the Hilton. Did not eat……
