“Beautiful Stay A Beautiful view with our balcony. The staff are wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel. Delicious food and the chef is very attentive to your needs as we don’t eat very spicy. “Lovely, service-oriented 5 star up high in the mountains. Excellent stay if you want to relax and enjoy nature. Also close to tea estates, so lots to explore. Only downside is it can get quite foggy that high, so the beautiful views can be obscured for large parts of the day.”

“Hotel is located approx 22 km from Munnar town centre, its not ideal if you like to visit other places around. Half time wasted climbing up and down from the town centre. Food cost very high, a lot better options if you eat outside but again the annoying journey up and down. Overall its a OK place if you want to just stay in the hotel and don't mind food cost.”

“I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. “Nice Property amidst Greens. Large open area filled with plants and trees. Continental food is 5 Star. Staff is very courteous. Laundry service is too fast and upto the mark. A bit to improve regarding food taste and buffet variety served. Thank you Management to give us a free upgrade to Suite Room.”

“The property says it offers WiFi, However, it is only limited within the Lobby you won't get WiFi in any of the rooms. The Entertainment/game room doesn't have anything in good condition (broken bats, table and etc)”
