“I had stayed here for three nights two weeks prior and was pretty good. However, this stay was unfortunately terrible and won't book with Tasman again. I was a late check-in and had a booking for 5 nights. Each day my car park was taken because the staff did not check me in. I went every day to the desk and they didn't mention it at all until one of the nicer female staff found out on day 4 that no one checked me in and fixed it. By then it was too late. My room didn't get serviced at all due……
