“Great Hotel, Amazing restaurant. Only down side is no gym”

“Bedding smelled like perfume and needs to be replaced. Loud music from 6 am to 8 am and strsnge noises. Little communication from jotel.”

“Terrible communications. Requested checkin instruction 3 times each of the 3 days before my arrival in Poland without any reply. I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on……
