“I have no idea how this place had a Fabulous rating. The walls of the room were dirty, bad wifi connection, pool is not usable as it's always packed with local kids. The only positive thing was that the staff were helpful. I'd definitely spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere nicer.”

“The room was clean and big enough for just one of me.Located near the Alor Setar Mall and not too far from my favourite Nasi kandar join, Nasi Kandar Daniel.You should give this hotel a try. Parking is not a problem too. Staff at the reception is friendly.”

“整個晚上房間裡都聞得到煙味，牆壁還有螞蟻在爬，床單還有不名黑色污漬，打了兩宮電話才有人來換，第一次還拿了類似地墊的東西，第二次才拿對，客房設施較舊，不像外表看起來新穎。”

“Convenient, clean and spacious room. The only thing that is somewhat strange is the bathroom and toilet sliding door. Both bathroom and toilet are separated side by side but they share the sliding door. This means when one is using the bathroom, no one could use the toilet as the door is on the other side. ”

“ Ac not cold. Was given only 1 towel. The property is too empty. Gives you feeling like not welcoming at all. The sink is not practical at all. Overall everything inside the room is weird.”
