He only killed one and missed one. I was never felt comfortable after that. Then the next day there is another small cockroach by my luggage. The hotel is in an old place its like a motel, no windows which I requested and paid for the one with it. They gave me the most regular room. Facility is okay. Hot water is good, AC is cold, and the hair dryer is good too. Hotel of horrors! Had to check out after the 1st night and source alternative accommodation due to the vile conditions. Mouldy pillows, mouldy fridge, mould all over shower gel bottles, a man sleeping in hallway on my floor, cockroaches crawling over the water tanks, no hot water and fridge not working, lift not working and having to walk up to the 14th floor with luggage. Switch for hot water not even on the wall properly, what I can only guess to be the smoke alarm covered over in plastic. Este no tenia recepcion. La pieza 2 camas de 1 plaza y un velador al medio con una caja fuerte y secador de pelo. ( 2,5 x 2,5 m) Una ventana de 30 x 30 que miraba al patio interior. Primer día falló el aire condicionado y el segundo se caía la Luz de toda la habitación. Al tercer día todo lo arreglaron. Habían baratas en la habitación. El baño chico con la ducha que caía sobre el wc. Si puedes pagar más, yo lo haría. La ubicación es buena pero si llegas tarde entras a un pasaje de árabes que está lleno de tienditas que en la noche solo algunas están abiertas y da un poco de susto. I never had problems trusting Hotels.com, but this time I was very disappointed. There is a big question on the reliability of Hotels.com and its reviews when the "hotel" I booked (chose a bit more pricey one than hostels or B&Bs coz I wanted better) was totally different, much smaller and dirtier than the pictures show, not to mention I did not even stay in Hi-Inn hotel but some other room owned by the business owners. P.S.
