“Room was clean”

“It was good staying at Jannat Resort! Good hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the suite is big enough for 3 people. Bed is medium firm and very comfortable. Hot water flow in the shower is continuous with very good pressure. Hotel provides laundry service for additional payment. The suite has AC. The suite is on the 3rd floor, building has elevators serving that floor, which is very convenient for family with kids and elderly people. Food in……

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Also, breakfast was excellent. I would especially like to thank you to the owner, her attentiveness, and willingness to help truly made my stay more enjoyable. Excellent service like this makes a big difference, and I highly recommend this hotel.”

“The layout of the washroom was really bad. When you open the door the toilet is blocking your way. Front desk has a hard time communicating and gets irritated after a little service conversation. A lot to mention but I will leave it like that for now.”

“The location near the Ala Archa National Park is a great advantage of this hotel. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night. The rooms need updates: old paint on the walls, old carpet, twin beds were rather uncomfortable. Breakfast was scarce, there were a lot of baked goods, but everything was cold, no regular bread & butter, no eggs or vegetables, tea was lukewarm. I'd not stay here again if only for the convenient location.”

“Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Bereits vor Ankunft wurden alle emails nicht beantwortet. Vor Ort hatten wir dann mehrfach Stromausfall über 5-6 Stunden und konnten dann auch keine Toilette nutzen. Ein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel gab es nicht. Die Hütten sind auch in einem schlechten Zustand und haben diverse Mängel an Türen, Fenstern, etc. ”
