“The apartment is overpriced as the furniture and general decor is very basic. Although inside the apartment was clean when we arrived, the balcony was dirty and we were advised it would be cleaned the next day. By day 4, I had to ask 4 times for the balcony to be cleaned as well as a room clean as we had no cleaning service up until that point (not even fresh towels).”

The staff is genuinely friendly and hard-working, but management's focus seems directed away from urgent maintenance. The complex is suffering from a lack of upkeep, and the beach is littered with plastic and old fishing nets. “Wonderful staff”

“服务真的很不错，早餐也可以的 只是有几点问题 1.餐厅苍蝇太多了 2.洗手盆的水龙头出水会溅的到处都是 3.空调如果不是对着床吹就好了”

“We had a very mixed stay at the hotel. Upon arriving and checking in we found that the room was very unclean. There was hairs in the bed which indicated the bedding had not been changed and hairs all over the soap in the bathroom. The bathroom had a terrible smell which was very strong and the air con was leaking all over the carpet. Once we asked to change we were moved into a room which was better, however still needed some general maintenance. There were marks all over the walls, broken……

“We had booked into this property through Expedia only to be told on arrival after a very long journey that they had no rooms for us or booking and in fact the manager mentioned he had never heard of Expedia !! All of this after the full money was paid in advance for 3 night stay for group of seven. It was around 6 pm and it took a lot of effort to get through to Expedia to discuss refund that eventually settled but I had to arrange alternative accommodation which was quite stressful. Be……

“We had a great time and the communications with the owner were very easy. They were super quick to help us resolve a very minor issue. The apartment is in a great location, right on the beach. The apartment had useful items in the kitchen for people wishing to prepare meals themselves. Everything inside was in excellent condition. ”
