The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to a convenient train station, where you can take the MTR into various areas of interest. The shuttle comes every 30 minutes or so for both pick up and drop off. We used it every single day that we were Hong Kong without any problems. The hotel also provides a free cell phone to use. There is a hotspot feature so you can connect your phone to it. You can also make free phone calls on it. The phone wasn't the most reliable. The hot spot didn't always...

Great service and location

This hotel was a pleasant experience. It is a decent walk away (1.5 km) from the Kwai Hing MTR station, but the hotel will also provide rides to Kwai Fong station and other notable locations. As foreigners, we mostly traveled to Central, Mong Kok, and Kowloon -- and being close to MTR was sufficient. The room itself was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The only bad thing was that one of the electrical outlets stopped working after the first day -- we mentioned it to room service but they...

Brand new maintenance; laundromat service available; price range.

Nice, clean hotel that has many amenities, close to wan chai subway stop and many stores in mall that connects to hotel. Recommend.

It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

Excellent service and extreme friendly staff. My wife and I spent the last 5 night in this hotel on our anniversary. The staff are very friendly. Front desk very accommodating. The bell captain Max is very passionate. He not only gave us advice on local eateries and directions to get there. When we do not have the coins for the tram fare, he pulled several coins from his own pocket to give us for the fare. It is beyond the call of duty. the kindness and generosity out of this world. It is a...

Hotel is new, room newer than most of hong Kong hotel.

The staff was very kind, and the hotel was incredibly clean! Very modern with exceptional views, and the location is perfect.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is not the greatest - a bit far but the MTR is located very conveniently. There's a wet market and...

Front desk and concierge staff are amazing. Really accommodating. Highly recommended

I recently stayed at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong for four nights with my son, and every moment was delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. In a city where space is at a premium, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the bathroom. I absolutely loved the hotel's toiletries! The mini bar in the room was replenished daily with an abundance of drinks and snacks, ensuring we always had something to enjoy. The pool and gym on the ninth floor...

The Fleming Hong Kong – Exceptional Hospitality, Thoughtful Design, and Refined Comfort Our stay at The Fleming was thoroughly enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers a distinctive boutique experience that combines understated sophistication, thoughtful design, and genuinely attentive service. Its location is particularly appealing, situated within convenient walking distance of the MTR while nestled in a relatively quiet neighborhood, providing a welcome respite from the...

The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.
