"The property itself would have been great had they warn you truly about the entrance of a mud dirt road to get in and out of the area. In poor weather you would not be able to get in and out safely if you do not have an off roading vehicle. If you are from out of town ubers will drop you off at the entrance and you will have to hike to the property about half a mile. The beds are very old and sheets uncomfortable. Due to weather challenges and we tried to borrow a vehicle that would get us in...

Communication with the property manager was easy and thorough. He communicated about when the property was ready--which was earlier than expected, and he was so accessible without being intrusive (texted rather than showed up onsite).
