The A/C was not working properly. Our room flooded and the front desk lady left and no one was around to help the guests. I had to wait over 2 hours to change rooms. The place smelled moldy and the hallway carpets were wet. By no means was I expecting a 5 star experience, but linens and towels weren’t ...
