An epic view of lake Garda is from the top of Monte Baldo. Unfortunately, due to low clouds, I do not have a photo of this. But I do have a good and unknown tip for you. normally everyone goes to the top with the cable car from Malcesine. this is an expensive ride (€ 25 euros) and in the summer there are queues of a few hours. with about an hour drive through beautiful mountains and nature, you come to the point where I have placed the pin. The staff was so nice! The morning breakfast is amazing! This is a great North Rome spot, fairly close to several key areas to include the Spanish stairs. Lots of locals eat here and it's not as touristy as some of the spots in center square. We took the limo service back and forth to the airport, which was really nice.
