"We had a lovely stay at this well equipped apartment. It is located about 15 to 20 min by foot to the lake or nearest store. There is a nice playground nearby but also multiple playground options by the lake which was great for our kid. Communication with the host was great. Overall would stay again."

"The view from our apartment was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!"

Despite being so central it is quiet! Air conditioning works perfectly which was essential as it was 37 outside! "The kitchen was dirty . Filter in aircon and hood was very dirty and did not function as it should because of that. There was no remoutecontrol to the aircon. There is at all no sun at the terrace all the day as it is placed to the north. The pool area is very expensive to use. 20 Euro each person for 4 hour. Every time. "We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? "We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "
