Great staff, modern great sound proofing a big deal for me as a light sleeper. Spa is great and the buffet breakfast is ideal for a quick bite. Located out of the centre but close enough to all the amenities with a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. The hotel staff were all very polite, especially the restaurant team, whose service attitude was excellent. As for the food, I’d give it an 80 out of 100—good, but not quite perfect. The restaurant atmosphere was highly comfortable, and they have live music every Wednesday night, which was fantastic. Free parking is available, and the entrance to the old town and ancient castle is right next door, making it extremely convenient. I will definitely visit this hotel again!"

Excellent location, breakfast area looks like a garden. Extremely helpful staff. Rooms a cozy and comfortable.
