“Reasonably priced and well equipped with excellent staff!”

“The room and the people there were excellent from start to finish. Check-in was simple with a reception who spoke fluent English which made it easier for a tourist like myself. The room itself was flish with modern amentities and felt like a high levek Western hotel, incredibly comfortable bed (for those who prefer a softish mattress) and tv with cable channels. Bathroom was clean with amentities as well like shaving kits and toothbrushes. Probably only downside to me was that i didn’t……

“The hotel would not accept my booking through expedia! They said they dont even deal with expedia! When questioned about why expedia have them on their site they said they have been telling expedia not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! As i booked and was to pay at hotel and hotel over booked!”

“This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor.”

The hospitality was truly exceptional, and I want to give a special thanks to Omar, the receptionist, for his outstanding service. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-organized.”
