Niles Vacation Rental Near St Joseph River!

Convenient and Had What We Needed
"A group of three of us were in the area for a work event, so really just sleeping at that house. Though the night we arrived we had more time relaxing at the house. It is an older house, but in great order. Kitchen had everything you could need. Fridge with freezer was spacious, we didn't cook anything there, but looking around cabinets for glasses I did see a lot of cookware and stuff that would allow you to prepare a full meal. There is a pool table, which is a neat feature, though we did not play a game. TVs in rooms for relaxing alone before bed is great. Living room was spacious for us (though only three of us). The beds themselves were comfy, and plenty of space in the room. I slept in the upstairs room and it has its own window AC unit which was great as mid-90s outside the whole time we were there. No street noise that I heard (though I do sleep hard). The neighborhood is okay. Easy enough to get too. Felt safe enough. Again, we were not there much so didn't see a lot of folks. I would stay at this house again if/when back in the area. "

"We had enough space for thirteen people. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with everyone. On the rain night we sat around the big table and played games. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee outside looking at the river and watching wildlife. We had turkeys visiting us along with a deer, a pair of white swans. We had a large fire our last night.We had a cardinal that came to the patio every night and morning, looking in. We said it was the kids grandma coming to be part of the family celebration. I would highly recommend it for a family getaway. "

It was conveniently located to the South Bend airport, family, the high school graduation we attended, and many parks with hiking and birding.The house was well appointed and comfortable and we really appreciated all the cooking utensils that were provided as the majority of our meals we ate at the house."
