Located just minutes from Lakeport and steps from the shoreline, you’ll enjoy direct lake access, a private floating dock, two spacious decks, hot tub, hard-shell kayaks, paddleboards, and all the comforts needed for a 5-star stay.

Whether you’re casting a line for Clear Lake’s legendary bass, grilling dinner overlooking the water, exploring Clear Lake State Park, or wine tasting at award-winning local vineyards — your stay offers endless ways to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Northern California.

Bedroom 3: Downstairs - Twin bunk + two full beds — great for kids or extra guests

All linens, bath towels, and hot tub towels are provided.

Note: Clear Lake’s water level, dock height, and lake conditions fluctuate seasonally. We make every effort to maintain dock access but cannot guarantee water conditions at any given time.

⚠ OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.

Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay; ID verification required

A $500 security deposit hold applies to all bookings.

Hot tub is covered but not gated — supervise children at all times.

Dock and pier have no railings; flotation devices are strongly recommended for children.

Clear Lake wildlife is part of the charm — occasional visits from insects, birds, and critters are normal.

Ring security cameras monitor the driveway and back dock (for security and lake-level awareness only).

Please take all loud gatherings indoors after 10 PM out of respect for neighbors.
