DO NOT BOOK. PICTURES DECEPTIVE. MANAGEMENT UNWILLING TO COOPERATE WITH LEGITIMATE REQUEST FOR CANCEL/REFUND BASED ON MISREPRESENTATION , very poor facility, appearance, cleanliness. It felt like a bait and switch scheme , fraudulent representation and review score.

Pool was over chlorinated door fell off to the pool and I was lied to about my reservation they put me in the wrong type of room that was too small for our group and told me nothing could be done so i slept on the floor of the hotel. Not a great experience over all. Breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly.

Great pillows, good bed - slept very well. Felt safe. Front desk staff was very nice. Even the late guy loaned me a charger for the night - very kind. Good job, all.
