“This cabin was perfect for us 3 nights. We were looking for a great comfortable clean relaxing space which was not overpriced, and we experienced just that and more. It was located close enough to Oxford to attend events there, but not too close to the busy hubbub (28 minutes). The cabin was super clean, spacious, easily accessible, and Luis, the host was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had. A beautiful State Park Road nearby provided a great running route with not too……

“It was so much fun staying at Gil’s with my family! We enjoyed the dock and water! We fished and walked around! It was beautiful and so much fun!”

“We had everything we needed so we didn't have to pack much or buy much. From bug spray to beach towels. The owner was quick with communication and made us feel at home. This place was comfortable and peaceful. Very nice being in walking distance of the river. Our family had the best time! We would definitely rent again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed this location. I’m from buzzard roost and hope to stay each time I come down.”

“This is the perfect house for a family get away. The property and setting is absolutely beautiful.”

“Second stay here. Very nice house. Excellent condition. Nice to have a 2 car garage as it rained a lot this weekend. Far from Pickwick for restaurants but right by J.P. Coleman park.”

“Very clean, cozy, and perfect view of lake. ”

No place to plug in party lights and turn fan on downstairs. We didn’t have a big trash can for our garbage. We used the one that was next door to us. I wasn’t sure about check out instructions so I washed and folded all towels before we left. I think it would have been a lot more fun if we could have gotten in the……

“Good price, Cabin had plenty of space for my party of 8 people. Plenty of places to sleep when you include couches and blow up mattresses. Didn't receive any communication back outside of the initial check in. Outside of the one hiccup had a great time. Wonderful property.”
