"The new manager is obviously still learning things but went above and beyond to make our rough check In experience better and upgraded our room to a suite because of the hassle. I would say that the stairs could use cleaning, the room we stayed in was very nice and clean! Definitely an older hotel but wasn’t a horrible experience! Just rough at first, the rest of the stay was fine!"

"I like it's on the very south end of town so not too many people or even too noisy even on the 4th of July. My favorite place to go to at this time of year. "

"The amenities were thoughtful. The room was clean, which is sometimes an issue with other chain hotels. The breakfast they served was by far the best I have enjoyed in my Tennessee to KC travels."

"Room was clean and smelled good. No bugs. Breakfast is good if you get up at 6, door is locked by 9. Hot shower. Lobby and hallways were hot. Air conditioner in room needed charged but my wife won't let me make it blow ice cold anyhow."
