"This hotel was amazing, we were traveling with our daughter so we had a suite for three people and it was perfect! The facility is beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and worked very hard to make our time there feel special. Breakfast is great and a beautiful patio on the water - perfect way to start the day. Spa was also very nice. If you are staying in Novigrad this is absolutely the best place to stay!"

"Our first trip to Croatia. We stayed for a week during very hot weather. The pool and wellness facilities were excellent. The a/c in the room was great and accommodation all very comfortable. We loved the vibe in Novigrad and ate at a few of the restaurants, just a short walk from the hotel. There is also a lovely park you can walk to where there is easy access to swim in the sea. We had free parking at the hotel and had days out inPorec, umag and rovinj."

"Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

"Our room was well equipped with everything! Including beach towels and bag. Even some items in the mini fridge. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower! While the hotel is very close (2-6 minutes from everything), it was quiet from street noise. I couldn’t have picked a better location. We parked at a nearby lot and the staff brought us to/from our car, via golf cart, before/after our stay. Overall, the staff made all the difference. So warm and friendly, with great suggestions on restaurants and a trip to Culvi beach - which was beautiful!"

"The directions to the parking lot, provided by the hotel were amazing. The pickup from the lot to hotel made things so simple. Check-in was simple, and our bags were placed in the room for us. "This was our second visit to the Lone Hotel, and once again we were not disappointed. The Hotel is immaculate, and its modern, clean-line design is impressive. We booked a Grand Double Room overlooking the the Cape Forest and pool. It was spacious, well presented, and came with a large balcony that made the stay feel even more special. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, and every member of staff we spoke to was polite and courteous. A special mention goes to Milena ( we hope we spelt her name correctly) who worked both breakfast room and restaurant. She was always smiling, friendly and chatty a fantastic example of excellent customer service. The Lone Hotel should be proud to have her on their team. The facilities throughout the hotel were excellent, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone planning a holiday Rovinj. For transfers from the airport we booked through Maistra Hotels and weren't disappointed."

"Great staff, great food, very kid friendly , the grounds were beautiful. The only thing that I was disappointed about were the rooms. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel but our room looked very outdated, old bathtub, worn out towels and bed sheets. The room was very clean but looked like it hadn't been updated since the 80s. Just very surprising given the rest of the resort and amenities"
