"The place was wonderful, just as advertised; there was even a live tree that came right up through the floor and extended through the roof, just perfect for a treehouse! The one suggestion I have is to rewrite the directions to locate and enter the treehouse, have 3-5 novices try to follow the directions, and then adjust them accordingly. At least when we had issues and needed a new entrance code, there was a great number to call, and the responsive people there answered all our questions!"

"This was a cute tree fort, but some of the outdoor furniture was unusable. It would be good for a single family with younger children for the smaller beds. Although the a/c was helpful, it took up quite a bit of space."

"The room was clean and well kept. The property is very quiet. The only issue I had was the tree rubbed against the house on windy nights. It made a loud creaking, squeaking noise all night. If you are a light sleeper be advised. Otherwise, very charming and peaceful. "

"This property was absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet, the views from the patio are beautiful, and the location is super convenient for getting out of the city, but within an easy drive to south Denver. "Originally I booked the airstream as a surprise for my anniversary, and unfortunately the heating element went out so Guillermo was SO nice and upgraded us to his cabañita and it was just beautiful. The community was cute but it also felt very private and the hot tub was awesome! Also went out of his way to make it special and decorated!"

"This was a very nice VRBO with amazing views of the mountains, a private drive and parking just for the unit, and a very large, well supplied space. The beds were so comfortable and a large smart TV let us watch our shows while watching the sunsets. The manager is on-site upstairs which led to great service and communication. Some foot noise during the day from the adorable 5 year old but perfectly quiet at night. A great place to stay!"
