We don’t need to use the fully-stocked kitchen or many of the other small touches that were available, but the owners certainly seemed to think of most contingencies that a traveler might need upon arriving. “We appreciated this budget-friendly apartment for our stay in Colorado Springs! It appeared just as pictured and was just big enough for our family. It was very close to several sightseeing opportunities/attractions and the neighborhood seemed nice. While there were a few minimal cleaning issues, the owner was very responsive via the VRBO app concerning this and the general overall cleanliness was as expected. “Hot summer August days and no AC!!! We arrived at 5pm on Friday tired and hungry ready to cook a meal to spend the evening relaxing for our busy next day. Entering the house we felt the heat and checked the AC that read 85 degrees, but was set to 65, so we knew it wasn’t working. I called support and they recommended several things to do that did not work. Then they send a maintenance guy that arrived an hour later and who clearly couldn’t fix anything because all he did was change the filter...

“Very nice property. Easy to work with the owners and Travis. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The only negative was the light switch and vent in the bathroom are one switch... should be on separate switches... at night it is distracting. Loved the interaction and helpfulness... very appreciated. Loved the location. . ”
