The accommodation consists of one comfortable kitchen; one dining room/living room with a 42 inch satellite TV and sofa bed; one double bedroom with two walk-in closets; one big bathroom with shower; one laundry room with washing machine/dryer and iron. WI-FI and heating and air-conditioning systems are included in the price. The structure, situated on a hill which dominates the medieval village of Lastra a Signa, is in a strategic position since you can reach the city-center and the railway station in a 15 minutes walk. It is possible to arrive to the center of Florence by train in 15 minutes and the railway station also connects the village to Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Bologna. On demand, a shuttle service is available to get to the railway station, and to the airports of Pisa and Firenze. Thanks to the recent restoration (ended in 2018) we were able to give the apartment all the comforts that modernity enables combined with a style which enhances the beauty of the original structure and the authentic bricks.
