"1. The parking space was adjacent to many overflowing garbage containers, creating a serious bio-hazard danger. 2. The air-conditioning unit apart of being extremely noisy is undersize and did not provide any significant relief for the heat. 3. The fridge was dirty and had broken handle, seemed to be a goodwill acquisition. 4. Furniture throughout the house was barely functional. 5. The bathroom was dirty. 6. The kitchen faucet was broken. "Beautiful cottage about 15 mins from Lachute. Had a friend get together. The group loved all the different activities available on the property. A couple of notes that might help others... The floors are creaky as others have mentioned. Additionally we were not aware there is no drinking water on site, which is good to know in advance."

"First the owner announces this property as a cottage. It’s not a cottage. It’s a two bedroom apartment with a yard. She does not mention that there are 100 steps to reach the apartment and with kids that is difficult to go up and down 100 steps This property is not safe for kids and the furniture is old. My wife had an accident at the hammock where she had to go to the hospital with a broken nose because the bar of the hammock hit her nose. There are no bars around the deck to protect the kids...

"We really enjoyed our vacation here. Cottage is very cozy and spacious, and was perfect for three families (total 13 people). Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful lake. Watercrafts and bikes were generously provided by Michelle and Trevor. We also appreciated plenty of towels, extra mattresses, life jackets, plenty of propane for barbecue, firewood, wine, coffee and sweets! Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!"

"The moment we arrived we were enchanted by the sound of the babbling brook. Inside, each room had a unique distincteveness whether the sun that came in the back with the beautiful windows or the glassed in chimninea fireplace. And then what a treat to be able to enjoy all of a spa, sauna and fire pit outside. And wow the bed was so comfortable and the sheets buttery soft we slept super well. We would love to make this spot a frequent visit."

"We truly enjoyed every minute at the chalet! We used the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat to view and fish the beautiful, serine lake. On our one rainy day, we had plenty of things to do inside the chalet to keep us busy. We even set up our own “Olympics” using all of the activities inside the chalet (pool, fuse ball, air hockey, and shuffle board). The hot tub was very nice and well maintained. "This chalet was everything we had hoped for. The place itself is large and clean and very comfortably fit our group of 14 - We could have easily fit 18. We saw some of the other reviews but found the place to be really well kept and loved the rustic charm of the older style furniture and wood panelling. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware we could need to cook for such a big group. The pool table was nice and we adored all the fireplaces but nothing beats this hot...
