“We book three rooms. Expedia over booked and cancel my sister room. Because they were overbooked, they gave use a smoking room (we booked non smoking rooms) which smelled horrible. We could not sleep in that room. Yes, it was that bad. The manager told us we had to call Expedia and Expedia told us we had to contact the motel. The manager was very helpful but trying to get reimburse for the second night was stressful.”

“Room smells like cigarettes meanwhile it states no smoking in rooms. Carpet seemed as though it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. I guess you really get what you pay for.”
