“The property manager we were put in touch with was lovely, and I appreciate her responsiveness. Otherwise, some aspects of the stay were not ideal. We were stopped by other residents of the building on a few occassions and told that the unit was not a legal short-term rental (I have no idea if that is true or not), but it made us feel very uncomfortable. “The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. ”
