All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Smart TV, Sofa Bed (Double) Dining area. Kitchen area: Induction Hob, Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Fridge Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Private garden with deckingm sitting-out area, garden furniture and gas barbecue. Private parking for 1 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds.. Ivy Lodge is a charming holiday lodge nestled in the picturesque village of Rudyard, near the quaint market town of Leek.
