Walls in both rooms had what looked like food stains to the point I took photos as to not be charged like we had done that .one wall had sheet rick knocked off on a corner . What I felt like was not up to code was , no vent fan in the bathroom!! Seriously ? No vent fat !”

I was told the charge would be refunded, but that it could take 7–10 business days, which created financial hardship. Communication regarding my reservation was also poor. I was told confirmation information had been sent by email and text, but I never received it, making it difficult……
