Hotel was clean and definitely the best value in town. Beds were a bit firm and pillows weren’t terrific but we saved hundreds of dollars staying here for a rugby tournament as all other hotels were gouging with exorbitant fees. Hotel is a bit rundown and no frills but I would definitely recommend it!!

This is an older motel, but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, it had a fridge for our beer and wine, and the staff were great. We only needed a place to sleep, not vacation...price was perfect for what we required.

This place has an older exterior with updated interiors. I stayed on a weekend with nice weather and it is close to parks so it took a little while for people to quiet down. The a/c unit is a little noisy but temp was perfect anyways. My room had a sofa, coffee table, desk and fridge so plenty of room to spread out. Great value for price. Don't let lack of curb appeal dissuade you, it is nice inside and all the motels are next to each other, having the same neighborhood.

On first appearance and arriving late, the parking lot was not welcoming. There were non-tenants standing around vehicles, garbage under stairwells and needles on ground that should have been removed. The positive is that the rooms were clean, beds and pillows comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

I regularly stay in hostels and budget hotels around the world, this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The pictures show a nice, clean room with new bedding. Reality: 30 year old bed that's turned yellow, pillows that aren't much younger, bedding that's riddled with cigarette burns and stains, nauseating smell of cigarette smoke in the room (don't worry they make you sign a waiver that you won't smoke in the room!), a bathroom that is falling apart (literally, the window and tub tiles are falling apart), sticky carpet (I didn't even know this could happen), and so much more. Spend an extra $20 and stay somewhere better.

Cost-effective place to stay

Overall, our stay was quite adequate. We were only in the room to sleep and shower. There were times when there was a fair amount of road noise, but that was easily blocked by running the A/C. The A/C was quite a bit louder than optimal but did provide sufficient white noise to make sleeping reasonably easy.

The staff are great. Front desk gentleman was great. Had to change rooms because it was dirty and smelled like the room was used as an ashtray for years. Staff moved me without issue. To a room with bloodstains on the sheets.

Pretty sure they they kicked someone outta my room before I got there because I was there for two nights and both nights someone was trying to get into my room not a fan. Bathroom was alright clean but the shower looked like someone smoked in there for a year and the silicone was peeling from shower surround and needs to be completely redone. Shower heads need some serious clr action the hard water has made it so that the water is only coming out of like 60% of the holes. In all honesty if it wasn’t the last place on the list to stay for the street wheelers weekend I would not return here. Very unfortunate because of the location of the inn. It is a great spot to watch the cars cruising by on the street wheelers weekend

The room was surface clean but definitely needed a deep clean. No extra towels or any face cloths the first day. Housekeeping did provide them the next day. Decent beds and friendly staff.

First off, it's not a 5 star resort, so don't expect that. It's a discount hotel, a bed for the night. Room was clean for the most, carpets are worn, bathrooms are dated amenities are almost nonexistent. Check in was great, as well as check. Great folks running the place, just is what it is.

Excellent Customer Service

We had to book a room very last minute because our lock to get into our house did not work at 1:30 am. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong day but the lovely person working there was so kind and helped us change our reservation. It was a very short stay but the service was fantastic.

Just Okay

The room was okay, and the bed comfortable. However, the microwave did not work, nor did the tv. The checkout experience was odd: The lone front desk clerk left her post to go inspect the room, rather than just doing as is normally the case, taking the keys, verifying the there are not outstanding charges, and thanking me for staying there. Odd.

Not the cleanest. Tub had mold growing in the silicon. Was fine for the night but I definitely wouldnt take a shower or bath there. The curtains had stains on them. Exterior was also just as dirty. The sheets and blankets were clean tho so definitely a plus. The bed was also comfortable. Staff were amazing and very polite. If the staff had been rude we wouldve found another hotel to stay. Not a horrible experience but definitely not as clean as it should've been by any means.

Smelly cold room, TV didn't work. Mold all around the bathtub. Changed rooms, smelled a little better but still cold. Tv worked but there was no coffee and no continental breakfast as advertised. Mold around that tub as well. I wouldn't stay there again. The staff was friendly though.

The cleaning staff clearly need to have a refresh of their knowledge. We are professional cleaners and it took us opening the door to know we were glad we had supplies with us. It smells like urine and none of the surfaces had been wiped out dusted. There are still hard sticking spots in stone areas on the desk and side table. One of the lamps doesn't work and the floor did not appear vacuumed. New sheets came stained. It just really seems as though the care isn't there. The staff we met were extremely friendly and kind. The ease of getting checked in and out was very smooth and fast.
