The room was nice and neet but the AC wasn’t low enough it kept reading 70° we wanted it at 68° the pool was relaxing! Overall it was a fun stay

The room I stayed in Rm 212 didn’t have a view but it was clean and ready when we arrived. The front desk staff was very helpful. A lady named Meeks was very nice and friendly. She was helpful when I had trouble with the laundry room. Overall a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, basic breakfast items and location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pool is nice, however there is a apartments complex adjacent the pool. The residents from the apartments come to utilize the pool, they cannot get in because they don't have a room key to enter the gate. When you do not let them in, they get combative.

For this area, this hotel will fit the bill. The staff was friendly. The food for breakfast was good as well and the people working the buffet were great. The issue we had was that our air conditioner was making a lot of noise. We told the desk about it and the manager called us back and offered to move us a different room that was two doubles opposed to the King / Larger room we had. They chose not to fix it and the front desk that since it’s getting close to winter, they will probably let it wait. When your staying at a “Hilton” property, you would think this is “all day - everyday” kind of maintenance items that they have their people on the ready to jump in and fix while we’re gone all day. Apparently, it’s up to the proprietor of that hotel and how they want to manage their business and treat their guests. There isn’t a “standard” so to speak. Also, the housekeeping was sub-par at best. They barely wiped down the bathroom counter and just pull d the comforter back. They didn’t make the bed properly or straighten and fluff up the pillows. All in all - it wasn’t terrible but not good either….
